Yellow color in the tall Pilsner glass with a modest foam. Pleasantly spritzy on the tongue. Tasty and slightly sharp with the usual thin Utah draft beer body. wonderfully aromatic.
Lemony taste with just a hint of grapefruit. Just nicely bitter to suit the light weight. Slight malty taste, but mostly it's a great hop-scented quaff. One of my favorite of the Utah brews. Enjoyed on tap at the Epic Annex in Salt Lake City, Sugar House neighborhood.
