Dark amber with a modest foam in the pint shaker. Spritzy and tangy on the tongue. Surprisingly rich flavors along with the light body. A touch of malt but more dry than sweet. Still there's a pleasant roasted taste.
Fairly hoppy with just the right level of bitterness. This is not such a bold and aromatic Pale Ale, but it does a decent job within its limitations. This is definitely one of the better brews in the world of four percent Utah drafts. On tap at The Annex, Epic's restaurant in Sugar House.
