Crystal clear golden body; abundant, gentle carbonation; thick, creamy head. Toasted grain scent infused with a bit of coffee notes; roasted nuts. Rich, grainy flavor with a weak coffee undertone. Medium-light body; soft and smooth on the palate; gentle warmth; mainly dry finish.

This beer brings on a nice, easy drinking twist of coffee beer, utilizing a cream ale as its base. The coffee presence doesn't overwhelm anything. In fact, its the toasty, cereal-like malt base that really shines through yet the coffee presence does add a nice depth and subtle complexity to the beer overall.

This is Release #01 from Denver and is a collaboration brew with the Crafty Ladies Brew Club. The beer utilizes a single source coffee from Novo Coffee.
