12 oz can with a May 2021 canning date stamped on the bottom from the Wall of Beer in Clemson SC.
Appearance. This has a pale and hazy golden body with a white head that soon dissipates entirely.
Mouthfeel. Rather light, nearly watery body with detectable tartness and low carbonation.
Aroma. Tropical fruit juice!
Flavor. Mildly bitter and moderately tart, this drinks more like a light air ale than an IPA. Juicy with hints of yeasty bread and hops in a tropical fruit mix that includes passionfruit and papaya. It is hard to believe there's no fruit in this.
Overall. Frankly, I was fearful that a sour IPA would be unappealing, and possibly repulsive. This ale, however, is quite pleasant and very drinkable. ... eye-opening.

Bought this along with their Lemon Bomb variety. While the lemon version is not great, this fared even worse. Pours a burnt orange color with no real carbonation to speak of. The nose was more metallic than tropical, everyone agreeing it smelled like coins. The taste is not much better, it had a metallic note with a touch of pineapple and citrus. Could not tell this was a sour. Pretty poor showing. Bad for a sour, bad for an IPA. Bad for a beer in general.

Had to specifically type this whole one in to find it on here.
Napped it at my local beer store I frequent.
Pours a light golden or yellowish color with not foam head, I poured it aggressively which is unusual for me.
Smells citrusy, orange and lemon notes, and the taste that follows that, but with a tolerable hop taste. A bit tart, but not too strong. As I don't like IPA's and like some tarts this mixes them well for a balanced crisp flavor and clean finish.
Worth a try either way.
