On-tap at Beachwood I,
A: Pours a deep copper red obviously with a soft white head leaving some good lace.
S: Notes of grapefruit and tropicality with hints of pine.
T: Definite crystal style malt, a more balanced approach to the pale ale style. Heavy West Coast style hopping with white grapefruit, lemon and pineapple. Still has a fair amount of pine bitterness. Nice mix of flavour.
M: A heavy medium body for the style. Crisp carbonation, resiny, has the feel of an IPA.
O: A solid effort. Was in mind-blowing no, but a very tasty pint.
