Collaboration with Mumford Brewing.
Using the original Money recipe, we switched up the yeast strain and DDH it with multiple loads of Citra, Amarillo and Simcoe!

Cloudy golden yellow body. Grainy pale malt sweetness, bright lemon, grapefruit and herbal hop bite, a bit of caramel and a mildly floral bitter finish. Medium in body, very solid hop expression.

Balanced. (Even for a malt-head like me.)
Standard Behavior is the last of my late August shipment from Tavour.
It Looks this hazy style in the eye and wins as it has a particularly voluminous foam. Smells are more muted, the usual NEIPA suspects with pineapple leading the charge. Tastes best reflect this NEIPAs balance; and the key test is the finish is not bitter and, instead, is very satisfying. A gentle softness in the mouth, also well above the norm.
As for my review of Barrier... they have an interesting story. Few breweries get wrecked by a hurricane, particularly if you are in the center of the known universe. But, I hope Barrier's persistence pays them well and they continue to bring brewing culture to the suburbs just outside of Queens. I reviewed their website and note that the artwork for their beers has many rivals as wild art. But few breweries have art that is as, well, thoughtfully diverse as is Barrier's. (Note also that wild is still means "wild.")

Hazy pale yellow with a tall white foam head that collapses in under large bubbles leaving minimal spongy lacing.
Minty, tangy and lightly prickly hops are softened by a touch of just baked biscuit.
The medium-light body is crisp but chewy dry, adding notes of Asian fruits like rambutan, and a little pepperiness, as I dig in.
This is quite drinkable, bright, and quenching.
