On tap at the Bull & Castle.
Pours red-brown with a meringue-like off white head that rings. Big roasty nose with a whiff of phenol. Allspice and smoke up front, sweet chestnut in the middle and a slight earth and orange tang at the end. Tight twiggy finish, medium body.
Moreish! Good flavor without cloying.
