Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours deep orange yellow with a fluffy white head. Smells of citrus hops with piney notes. Tastes of citrus and piney hop notes, just a hint of tropical fruit, and very nice grain backbone. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.

Had on tap. Basic mosaic pale ale that is all round good. Golden orange body, decent carbonation. Smells of pine, hops, pale malts, and slight tropical fruit. Taste is clean and crisp, with good piney hops on the finish after the waves of fruit. Feel is crisp, sessionable and has good levels of carbonation

Appearance: Arrives clear and amber colored with a modest head; webby lacing
Smell: Toffee malt with blueberry tones and piney hops
Taste: Toffee forward with some fruit flavors of blueberry, papaya and melon; piney, through the middle, with a return to the toffee tones in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: A bit sweet for an APA though the fruit flavors are nice

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a 22 fl oz bottle on April 22, 2018. A juicy yet not aggressively hopped pale ale brewed with Mosaic hops.

Poured 22oz bottle into snifter. Deep dark golden color with a 1 finger white head and some nice lacing on the glass. Definately Mosaic hops with a heavy does of ripe pineapple, passionfruit, and some mango. Taste follows the aromas and offers a bounty of tropical flavors along with some sweet honey notes, but is kinda weak. Nice and clean with moderate carbonation and a dry finish. A nice effort but the flavor seems to lack the punch to make this one great.

Although I did not enjoy this version as much as the Citra hopped one, it was still good. A little malty but nicely balanced. I would still pick up a bottle if I were in Wisconsin.

About as local as it can get for me. Always thought the regular pale ale was descent, not great. The mosiac hops takes this beer to another level. Very good mosaic smell. Thing i was most impressed about is the beer had such great feel and was "clean". Great mosiac hops taste without any weird other flavors. Went down super easy especially considering it is relatively high abv. One of the best beers I have had in a while. So pissed i was working out of state and unable to get the kind with citra hops. One of these days...
