Tasted in a Rastal Teku from a 22 fl oz bottle on November 28, 2018. This is a legitimate Belgian Tripel that hits all the right notes. Not too boozy and not too sweet. Recommended.

7oz draft pour to shaker served without head, light foam ring, clear golden. Nose of light Belgian yeast esters. Taste is light as well, refined, really captures the style. Too many American attempts at Belgian end up with many flaws, but not this one. Carbonation is low being my only complaint, body is just right. Very low bitterness and creamy.

Part of the 'Beware of the Dog' series.
$5.39 for a 22oz. bottle.
A: lighter amber colored beer, clear with deep creamy head
S: full nose, traditional, EtOH noticeable with characteristic dry malt and yeast
T: WOW!, this is an American tripel?, absolutely true to type, deep dryish malt up front, well-balanced hops in finish, with characteristic yeasty alcohol (boozy) finish, very well made
M: creamy, dry, incredibly easy drinking for ABV
Well done!! And a very good value for the price.
