A unique farmhouse Saison with green jasmin tea. We use five homegrown grains and two homegrown hops, infused with jasmin tea. This results in a crispy, but yet full bodied delicious beer.

S: Green tea & yeast
T: Green tea, yeast, somewhat sour
M: Light-bodied, a bit sour
O: Unique, overall I like Hof Ten Dormaal but this isn't one I'd get again

L: This is the foamiest beer I ever saw. With a small pour, I ended up with a huge four finger white head, without beer at all! Messy lacing, no visible carbonation.
S: Hints of Belgian yeast, sourness.
T: Sour, green tea indeed. Surprisingly, it tastes much better than it looks and smells.
F: Light bodied but kind of hard to drink due to this huge head.
O: Drinkable but nothing I would ever want to taste again...
