True to the style, our pale ale is brewed with pale malt and a touch of crystal malt which gives it that copper hue. Then we aggressively hop it with centennial hops for a big citrus hop aroma and taste. Beer for the hop lover. Nice bitterness and a good long aftertaste with a smack of grapefruit.

Rich, clear orange color.
Huge white head; nice lacing (if spotty).
Pleasant, citrus-y hops; orange is the dominant smell. Inviting.
Medium thin mouthfeel.
Smooth citrus up front; slight hop bite on the back end.
Not as much flavor as the nose promised, but still a very pleasant beer. The definition of a session ale.

Not exactly another lay-up of a Midwestern IPA, but the flavor roll out is uneven and not always worth the wait. The can promises citrus, but it only comes in confusing glimpses.

Clean, refreshing taste. Good Hopper flavor, with no bitter after taste

Pours a clear, copper color. 1/4 inch head of an off-white color. Decent retention and good lacing. Smells of citrus, slight hop, sight yeast, and sweet malt. Fits the style of an American Pale Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and clean, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of piney hops, strong citrus hops, sweet malt, and a hint of alcohol. Overall, average appearance and aroma, with a good blend through simplicity.
