On tap during the Oakshire Single Batch fest.
This was one of the lowest abv. beers at the fest, so I ordered it before anything else. The beer pours yellowish, slightly hazy gold color with good head retention and lacing. The nose is nice, as I pick up some pepper, cracker, light honey and bread dough. The flavor profile is more of the same, and while pleasant, I found myself wishing for a bit more flavor. The finish was clean, crisp and lightly bitter. Alcohol was unnoticeable.
Shrug. Pleasant beer, but I'm not sure lagers are in Boneyard's wheelhouse at the moment. They make killer BA stouts, CDA's, IPA's, DIPA's and TIPA's, and I'm thinking maybe that's what they should stick with.
