It's sour. But it comes in full right after the sour. The mouth feel is velvety and finishes with an even southern hop taste. It's not run of the mill or what you're expecting from a dipa but serves as an interesting middle ground between sour and ipa. The sharp alcohol taste you generally get with a dipa is cut with the sour but finishes with the hops you're looking for. No pine in this hop.
