Pours like a slightly pink tinged witbier..cloudy but not hazy. Small white head.
Not much of an aroma. Wheat and a bit of pepper. Some faint strawberry.
Taste is very nice .has all the wit characteristics..but with a pretty strawberry flavor. It's not overwhelming.
Mouth feel lets it down. Needs more carbonation.
Overall nice summer beer.
