This was an excellent rye based beer. Grimm was the first stop on a "beer tour" we did, and the guys were awesome, and know their stuff. The only bad thing I can say about this beer was that he did say he was NEVER making it again. (Apparently, "Stubborn Child" was a fitting name). Hopefully he'll change his mind or you can get some before it's gone. It was my personal favorite of the ones we tried while there.

A wonderful german style, which used to be hard to come by in Northern CO until Grimm Brothers opened.
a: A beautiful golden-amber color with a tan, bubbly head.
s: A malty, sweet and spicy nose that is very strong and inviting.
t: An exceptional balance of sweet, malty, and rye-spicy. Quite a beer.
m: Sweet, medium body and sticks to your tounge, in a good way. :-)
d: Very drinkable german style. Not as heavy as others, while still having body. It is very refreshing.
