Maiden's Kiss is our spring seasonal Radler. A German traditional beer by adding beer with Lemonaid. Perfect on a crisp spring day and in a word, is crushable.

Sampling right now on 4/30/15. Comes in a '1 pint, 6 ounce' (22 ounce) bottle as all their brews do. Bottle chilled odown to 36 degrees F in my beer cooler and poured in to a "HB-MUNCHEN" .5L handled-glass stein.
Brew pours a pretty amber in color with a good 1-finger foamy off-white head that finally settles mostly to along the edges. Some light spotty lacing is seen when sipped but lot a bunch. The aroma is of some spice, roasted grains with a light hint of pine even. More going on with the taste as there is some burnt brown sugar, caramel malts with a hint of toffee also. Pretty smooth brew and tastes even better when warmed up a bit. Full-bodied with perfect carbonation. Overall, a tasty brew.

The body appears with a rich copper color and topped with a foamy white head. Aroma combines warm bread, a cinnamon spice tone, and slightly pine-like smell to tease the nostrils. Warm toasted grains and a rye-like spiciness abounds within the flavor; brown sugar; toffee; bold bitterness builds up late in the finish. Medium bodied; semi-dry mouthfeel.
A warm, malty beer with a nice touch of alcohol heat and zingy hop bitterness. Rich and flavorful without coming on to heavy or too filling. Depth and complexity make this maibock a very appealing taste treat.
