Appearance: yellowish orange in color with a 1" head that lasts a bit.
Smell: sweetness leaps from the glass with a bready quality.
Taste: a sweet malt profile is dominant here. Raisins, oats, bread, and some honey are detectable. Bitterness was almost non-existant as this beer was on the sweeter side.
Mouthfeel: medium in body. Lightly crisp to start, smoother at the finish. Aftertaste is long as the sweetness lasts in the mouth.
Overall: an interesting beer that is different than anything I can remember tasting before. One glass was enough in a session. Worthy of a try. I labelled this a fruit beer with the loads of raisins added in making this beer.
