pours a cola brown body with tan foam head that has moderate retention and leaves no lacing behind as the head dissipates to a thin halo around the cap
aroma is of brown sugar, toffee, burnt caramel and chocolate malt, with a light hint of lush dark berry
taste follows the nose and is spiked with a blueberry tang. lush with a low roasted malt and hop bitterness
moderate carbonation and medium body produce a smooth and fluffy mouthfeel that finishes slightly bitter and dry.
overall:
beautiful brew to match the beautiful artwork by Dave McClinton adorning the bottle. the blueberry touch really hits the sweet spot
