Half finger head on a cloudy golden body with nice lacing. Strong herbal and yeast presence with clove and banana fruit notes. Flavor has some guava but mostly the standard banana with clove for herbal notes and some bananas. Medium body and lighter side of moderate carbonation. This one improves as you drink it. Semi dry finish. Not a great saison but one of the better beers from this brewer.
