Half finger head on a hazy bright golden body with nice lacing. Aroma of sweet lemon and very clean but little else is there. Lacks any good Belgian qualities. Flavors are a little more Belgian with nice yeast presence. The citrus produces a more sour flavor. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Semi dry finish. Also simple like the aroma. This brewer has made some nice saisons but this one is just too simple and not very memorable. Better choice on the menu not just in general but within this category.
