Our “Brown Ale” is a malty brown ale with dark amber hues. There’s a velvety smooth body with a light bitter finish from our friend the Chinook hop. We’ve struck a balance to the bitterness with a hint of spiciness while using Tettang hops to give this ale a pleasurable aroma. We live in Las Vegas and enjoy the surrounding area of Red Rock Canyon. Do yourself a favor: Get back to nature. Get a beer. Enjoy it!

Based on my 1st experience being of age in Las Vegas, and also being from Colorado, I was initially disappointed in the craft culture here but it makes sense to be more macro here. This however gave me some serious hope. Maybe its the gin but this is one of the best Browns I've had in awhile whether it's English or American. Highly enjoyable.
After more experience with English Browns this isn't exactly tasting the right way. It tastes like a pretty yummy American brown but it's missing the English malty sweet.

As close as a crafter can get to an English Brown as you can get from Las Vegas. But, I enjoyed Bonanza.
It's not a good-Looker; really needs more foam to stick around. But Bonanza Smells like the style, sweet malts and nutty. Tastes are balanced; just enough hops to check the sweet. Their drying sensation lingers delicately through the finish. There are sufficient bubbles, but less than a medium mouth. Reminds me of an English Mild.
I like how Tenaya Creek is in a warm climate, yet its top ten brews dominate the British Browns, stouts and porters. So, Tenaya Creek does not play slavishly to the American palate. Las Vegas needs more culture. And Tenaya Creek is providing it. Cheers, ladies and gents !

Had on tap at the brewery. This is a nice-looking brown ale with good head and lacing. The aroma has bread, nuts and low roasted grain. The flavors of roasted grains come out a bit more than aroma. They are pleasant, not acrid, but don't allow much else to come through. The body is a bit light and watery for the strong malt flavors, almost like an over-carbonated mild ale. Overall I enjoyed this but the one-dimensional flavors kept it from being great in my mind.

Deep brown filtered with little carbonation and 3 fingers of light brown head.
Smells of cocoa, and rich toffee.
The taste follows the nose.
Medium body with moderate carbonation.
I got this in Reno and am drinking it in Redding August 3rd 2019.

Better nose than expected. Thick, creamy head. Dissipates 1/2 way then hangs on. Easy drinking, slight finish. Like most Tenaya brews, it’s not a mind blower, but it’s dependable.

Clear, dark amber color with nice lingering off-white head. Strong hints of mocha, old road, walnut, caramel and maple on the nose. Malty base dominates the front and back palate, with only slight hints of molasses and coffee. Medium feel.

Just a good brown ale. It has an exceptional maltiness that sets it apart from other good brown ales. Very drinkable and enjoyable! Cheers!
