Golden-amber in tone, yet only a bit richer than a standard-issue pale lager, this anniversary brew is indeed quite light in pretty much all respects: there's a bit of bite from the malt, minimal aroma, and not much else to dissect or discuss. It's inoffensive, but not especially interesting or otherwise noteworthy. Maybe a different stylistic direction for the twenty-year anniversary brew would be warranted?
