This complex beer is a nontraditional blend of classic styles. A huge beer at over 11% ABV, this wheat beer is brewed with Belgian spices and candied sugar, then fermented with German Hefeweizen yeast. Finally, an addition of almost a pound of berries to every gallon of beer makes this ale a truly unique experience!

A - Served a dark copper-brown color with a hint of red and a thin covering of tannish head. The head fades leaving behind some lacing.
S - The aroma is a mix of dark fruit and raspberry. It is fairly sweet. There is also a touch of booze and wheat.
T - Starts off with very sweet raspberry flavor and some dark fruits. There is a touch of booze. Through the middle some wheat and yeast flavors come through. The finish is full of rich raspberry and a bit of wheat and booze that linger.
M - Medium-full bodied with moderate carbonation. Smooth and very sweet/tart. The finish is pretty sweet and lingers for a while.
D - Pretty drinkable. Huge amount of raspberry flavor and sweetness, but it cuts the booze a bit. Very rich and not overly sugary.
