I'am guess this is the Fall 2016 beer as well?Pours into an imperial nonic a rich deep bronze with a half finger off white head atop.Caramel and biscuit stand out most in the nose but there is a hint of apple core that comes thru as well.Caramel and toffee are the main flavor components but you get enough of an apple bite in the finish to make you happy.While I think the apples of my home state of Michigan and my wife's home state of New York are hands down better than the apples of NC. they are made of good use here in the beer.A great concept and a good beer from Fullsteam.
