Draft to Taster

App- A pleasant dark orange mixed with some softer yellows. A one finger head that just sat and didnt move. Very pancake batter look to it.
Smell- A normal saison with some yeast and lightness but this was a bit bolder with some spice which seemed to smell of rye and a little black pepper.
Taste- A very spicy saison with a good bit of balanced sweetness behind it. It's if Craftsman took a hefe with some banana and clove and paired it with a rye ipa and added more yeast to create a hybrid saison. A little damp as well.
Mouth- A medium bodied saison with a matched medium carbonation level. A good bit of residual spice it it.
Drink- This was the last beer I picked for my flight and I am glad I did. It was unique and a bit of a hybrid but nice balance and layered flavors.
