Notes: In 2019, we embarked on a mission of barrel-aging our first imperial milk stout. After aging more than a year in freshly emptied bourbon casks, we added heavy amounts of granola and maple to this already decadent treat; resulting in the perfect beer to warm you up on a cold winter’s evening.
