Below the secret door and a devilish snare of bines rest the aromatic sorcery of thiols. The Soul Hunter's three hellhounds, bound to protect the aromatic sorcery of this fluffy DIPA. The crux of the matter is how to set these thiols free. The prophecy has been foretold that particular hops blended and introduced in harmony will mesmerize the beasts, opening the door and allowing aromas of passion fruit, citrus, and tropical berries to be released.

Pours hazy yellow, with a light, foamy three finger head. Aroma is pine and star fruit. Taste is passion fruit and citrus, though quite mild. Overall mouthfeel is light, a quick taste profile, not very hoppy and not very bitter. The brew is very juicy and drinkable. Not the best that Toppling Goliath has but ok.

Pale, hazy, foggy yellow, massive frothy head fades quickly leaving some spotty lacing. Nose says fruit juice, orange, and tropical fruits. Taste just like it smells. Creamy texture, smooth. A Christmas gift from some Iowans. Another glass of fruit juice from TG.

Very tangy taste and very dry on the finish. I can see why others would love it, it's just not for me. I've had Riwaka hopped beers from Cellarmaker and this one just just seems way more potent in an overpowering way.

Orange to bruised orange pulp.
Topped with four fingers of yellowish fluffy head.
The smell is the orange juice, grapefruit, wine, and malt.
The taste is so ripe fruity yuzu orange, oranges, pineapple, roses, and grapes.
Thick and pulpy body with little carbonation.
This is an amazing tasting beer. I got this in Grand Rapids Michigan and I’m drinking in New Hamburg Ontario December 11, 2022.

Snuck over to Windmill Farms before heading to Pure Project and North Park, mainly to see what kind of newish North Park stuff they had. Came across this one from Toppling Goliath, which was described as “Below the secret door and a devilish snare of bines rest the aromatic sorcery of thiols. Poured a hazy medium gold color with 2-to-3 fingers of frothy white head. Could see a few bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass. Very good watery lacing. Outstanding retention. (Sight - 4.25)
Smelled dank pine, papaya, passion fruit, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, melon and tangerine. For hops more Simcoe but still some Riwaka. Not quite as good from the can. (Smell - 4.25)
Taste was almost as good as the nose but not quite. Got grapefruit, pineapple, mango, guava, tangerine, dank pine, Simcoe, papaya, passion fruit, herbal, Riwaka and wet grass. (Taste - 4.25)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long juicy finish. (Feel - 4.50)
Just an excellent beer. Would love to have again. (Overall - 4.25)

Clear glass Imperial pint mug or clear glass liter mug? With so many starchy AIPAs now limiting barley malt in their wort, the liter mug gets the full contents of the pint can. It was overkill, as there was no foamy excess to the pour. Instead, what ever head there was was off-white and short-lived. The brew is a densely dull dirty blond. The aroma is a blend of grains, malt, drupes and earthy hops. The taste is a constant one, without any transition as it develops. It's a very good one, too, as there's a nice starchy body, most likely, thank you oats and a significant, but not overly bitter hop bite. The concurrent grainy sweetness, with the hop bitterness, probably led by the Simcoe hops, is in such great balance, this is a must try. It's another great offering from another great American brewery. There's no glass lacing, but when a brew brings an amazing balance between pronounced bitter hops and sweet, yet complex malting, that doesn't matter.

Poured out a cloudy, golden-orange color with an off-white head. The smell was of pineapple, oranges and various other tropical fruits. The taste was really good. I would definitely drink a few more if I had any.
