Look is apricot-orange. Looks like fruit juice instead of hazy IIPA. Smell. Wow! All kinds of fruit! I don't know the difference between papaya, guava, and mango, but all tropical fruits seemed to have sent representation. Very unique! Quite intense! The flavor has the "buttery electricity" that Toppling Goliath Brewing is known for, but imagine drinking a blend of all the fruits in the Chiquita banana lady's hat, but not like you would blend it. More like a valkyrie would blend it for your first beverage in Valhalla, after falling in a glorious battle. The mouthfeel is vivacious, champagne-like, and effervescent. Overall, this is a new chapter of success for Toppling Goliath Brewing, with an assist from WeldWerks Brewing, who I am a huge fan of!

On draft at Brew Bank Topeka. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left minimal lacing. It smelled of pineapple, grapefruit, orange and sweet caramel notes. Nice tropical fruit taste with toasted caramel and a sharp bitterness.

On tap. Hazy golden sunset.

Dank, weedy, west coast hops, but fruity and juicy as well. The nose is outstanding. Tropical fruits with grapefruit citrus. Very well done.

burnt on the NEIPAs... just too rich for me.... although this one seems less rich and a little easier to put down. typical melon, lychee etc... and i think Joan has an Adam's Apple

Poured into a Trillium glass a very nice cloudy pale yellow color, with some very nice carbonation, with a very nice thick/creamy one-finger plus off-white head, which also leaves some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is very nice, hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, peach, apricot, nectarine, melon), with a pretty nice little diesel like. The taste is very nice, hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, peach, apricot, nectarine, melon), with a very nice diesel like. Medium body, ABV is hidden very nicely, with a pretty nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a very tasty beer. Orange Julius! Addictive! MilkShake!

16 ounce can into a 16 ounce pint glass.
L: Pours a milky clouded dusty gold with a 1.5 finger eggshell white head. Fair retention. Good tight carbonation and light sticky lacing.
S: Cat pee and a Christmas tree, yeast, pie crust, pine, fairly floral and pleasantly dank.
T: Pine, light citrus, tangy rhubarb, buttery pie crust, light melon, lemon zest. It is lightly sweet and mostly tart but not overly so. Moderately bready & earthy. Very lightly bitter in the finish.
F: Fairly lush, semi-juicy smooth medium bodied mouthfeel with a medium length finish that is gently drying.
O: A very good offering from TG Brewing and excellent tasting. It's slightly different from many of the NEIPAs they offer in that it isn't very tropical. It is very excellent in it's style.

I admit in advance I am not a huge fan of NE Style IPAs, but I am a HUGE fan of IPAs in general. The more bitter the better. This has bitterness on the backend. That is the good. The initial taste, like many NE style ipas, onion taste which is off putting. There you go, bad onion taste, but great bitterness.

Pours a milky light orange with a small fluffy head and a lot of lacing.

Smells of grassy piney hops with some citrus.

Tastes of tart grapefruit, sweeter orange & lemon with grassy mildly bitter hops at the finish.

Medium light body with light carbonation. Lush clean mouthfeel.

This brew has distinct but not over powering tart, sweet and bitter tastes nicely balanced.

Well done!

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy dark whitish yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a narrow collar around the edge and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of gooseberry and lime are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of lime, lychee and passion fruit along with notes of grapefruit. Little to no bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and very juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This New England-style IPA has lots of complexities in the smell and taste without having forced flair with an excessive amount of hops.

On tap at TG based on the recommendation of the server - I initially ordered a King Sue and she changed my mind. It was a great recommendation, it's a delightful IPA. It has the TG mouthfeel and the Cashmere hops shine. Has a hint of bitter bite that I like in a hazy IPA. Hard to put this one down.
