Semi hazy light gold color with a modest white head.
The aroma is lemon with a bit of light caramel malt. The taste is likewise, the lemon is slightly sweet, offset by lemon zest bitterness and maybe a trace of lime. The background is a very light caramel malt that rounds it out a bit.
The body is light, plenty of carbonation, crisp and drinkable.
Altogether, this a little unexpected from TG but is decently tasty and refreshing. If drunk as cold as possible, this a good summer cooler for whatever activities. The taste goes off a bit as it warms up.

this is a far cry from the kind of beer we all fell in love with these guys for, never expected to see this kind of thing, and for it to taste a little cheap and perfume-like is also odd, but here we are in 2022 where craft beer is getting rocked by seltzers and canned cocktails and girly drinks and anything beer can do to punch back, it is clearly doing. this doesnt taste like real lemons, its like lemon oil or something, too intense in this to be natural i would think, its not gross, but its strangely pungent, too strong to be refreshing too, and it trumps any lager identity that might be underneath it, the base beer is almost irrelevant here, except to say that this has some body, almost drinks like a wheat beer, and the effervescence is awesome, makes it summery even if its a bit sweet and over flavored. it would be cool if the base beer was dorothy, but its not, no way, it just says malt beverage, no hops or lager yeast evident in the least. its not bad tasting, its just odd, lemon sure, maybe some lime too, sprite soda notes including the sweet, subtle crushed pineapple from the can too, and a long floral finish. i wanted a little more from this one, tastes fine but its a small doses thing for me, not a hot weather pounder. not a miss, but not a hit either, a strange bit of branding too...

poured from a 16oz can into a TG pint glass. pours a semi-murky gold with a finger of soapy white foam. lemon and heavy malt on the nose. taste follows and while it’s refreshing at first sniff or sip, that is soon cut short by the “malt beverage” base beer which provides a decent mouthfeel but ruins the summer, lemon lime aromas and flavors happening here. damn shame as this had summer crusher written all over it but to me the base is too malty and heavy.
