The color is raspberry unclear, but still very nice.
Head white, delicate, mega quickly reduced.
The aroma is sweet, sour, a little strawberry, red currant and very light wine accents.
Taste delicious sour, there is here a whole range of red fruit of red currant by unripe raspberries or cherries, delicately seasoned. In my Damson Sour is very cool, it's cool lemon acidity, saturation average, maybe a little too watery, but it is a super drinkable.
