On tap at CBC 2016 - day 2. Fruit sourness, vanilla and some floral notes on top. Medium tartness.Quite good, for its ABV, but overall kind of watery.

Pours a murky purple-red color, with a fizzy head to it, vanishing almost instantly.

The whole room is enriched by a vinegar funkiness after opening the bottle. Its sourness is profound and unique at the same time, revealing moldy earth, cucumber, horse raddish and glue.

Has a medium carbonation, creating an effervescent mouthfeel, due to a well nuanced aqueous quality.

Tastes of minerals, vinegar, cucumber and old leather, while creating a refreshing tartness. Its sour profile is in need of getting used to, as the beer doesn't feature any interplay with a sweet flavor, or a soothing barrel characteristic establishing a convincing complexity, as well as a well desired balance. Finishes with even more pickled cucumber, a watery quality and a faint fermented grape appearance, while the beer, once established on the palate, doesn't evolve too much.

This features an utmost strange, herbal and moldy, sourness, while missing required balance, to make the beer interesting on the palate.
