L: Poured yeast sediment into glass. Murky suspension. Large pieces of yeast resting on curves of the glass. Dark gold with brown edges. Thin white head with no lacing. Minimal carbonation. A swift swirl produced a half finger of snow white head and spotty lacing.
S: After the swirl...lots of orange peel. Pine.
T: Pine. Then citrus. Became more bitter as bottom of glass approached.
F: Medium body. Lots of bitterness up front but a slightly unexpected thin finish. Very little carbonation.
O: Ok. Have had better from this excellent brewery. Mouthfeel is disappointing. A smooth drinker nonetheless.
