750ml bottle served in a Hill Farmstead tulip. Pours a hazy orange hue with a loose, off-white head that dissipates into frothy band around the shoulders and an oily slick across the center. Nose expresses citrus, rind and a hint of funk. Taste consistent with nose, albeit a bit more mild and a little watery. Mouthfeel is light in body with a hint of acidity and very little carbonation. Overall, pleasant and drinkable but could use just a little more funk.
