Palate Contaminants: none
The color is a slightly opaque, medium yellow-orange. (Great with words, I know.) Not a whole lot of head or lacing.
The smell is pears and white grapefruit, slightly tangy. There's also some grassiness and woodsiness. Plenty pleasant, but I think I inhaled everything that volatilized.
The taste has less fruit than the nose, even though it does have medium-light sweetness. The pears are still there, but the grapefruit is really diminished. The earthy flavors, more toward moss and tree bark, are what carry the flavor. Slight bitterness. Medium-heavy on the straight-up malt flavor.
The feel doesn't have much carbonation, with a little prickliness with a swish around the mouth. Alcohol isn't particularly hidden. Aftertaste is bitter woodsiness. I just wish the taste and aftertaste had as much sweetness as the nose.
