Pale Ale (Mosaic, Citra, Centennial)

Pours a cloudy, golden amber coloration with a medium, stable, foamy head. Smells of biscuity, slightly grainy malt and vibrant citrus/tropical fruit notes of grapefruit, tangerine, papaya and pineapple, with just a hint of pine. Taste follows the nose, with with some biscuity, slightly grainy malt upfront, accompanied by some slighty zesty and sweet citrus/tropical hops, with notes of grapefruit, tangerine, papaya and pineapple, as well as some strong herbal accents and a bit more pine coming through in the aftertaste than expected from the nose. Finishes with a medium bitterness and some citrus/tropical notes and pine lingering in the aftertaste. Slightly thin mouthfeel with a light body and medium carbonation.

A nice Pale Ale with some quite vibrant citrus/tropical and herbal notes as well as a good, resinous bitterness, but feels a bit thin and watery even for the style.
