On cask at the taproom, no specification of hops.
Pours a clear yellow whiskey colour. Plentifull head, even a touch sudsy, fresh cask indeed.
Smell is spicy malt
Tastebis the same, with maybe a touch of bitterness.
Feel is smooth, if maybe a tad too fizzy for cask.aybe I've just never had cask this fresh.
Good stuff

330ml brown glass bottle. 4.4% ABV. Simcoe & Centennial hops.
L: Light haze, deep caramel colour with one finger of long-lasting, off-white, cream head.
S: Nicely fruity.
T: Spicy rye, earthy pine and gentle citrus. Medium bitterness.
F: Medium body, slick mouthfeel and a dry finish.
O: Very rye-forward but still super easy drinking. I’m not often a fan of rye ales but this is excellent stuff.

(Cask at Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, 20250117) The beer poured deep amber and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had earth, spiciness, sweet rye bread and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were earth, pine, spiciness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste had pine, spicy malts and bitterness. A tasty hoppy brew with nice blend of malts.
