Our take on a Belgian Pale Ale, fermented with a blend of belgian pale ale yeast, saison yeast, and our house mixed culture, in one of our foeders. Lovely complex yeast character, bitterness and fruitiness from the hops, a touch of acidity from our house culture, with the foeder seeming to give a lovely texture to the whole thing.

330ml bottle. Beautiful, hazy pale gold with a thin head head and spotty lacing. Gentle white wine vinegar and green apple aroma. Tastes of lemon zest and sauvignon blanc (young & very green) with a hefty dose of Belgian yeast. Crisp, clean, lightly dry and tangy. A super refreshing, floral, lightly acidic wild ale with Belgian yeast character.
