De 32gp. En copa Teku. Jugando a Murder Mystery 2 con Rodrigo. IPA de perfil herbal muy fresca, suave y equilibrada. Entra que da gusto, no notándose nada los 7 grados que lleva

Pours a semi clear dark orange. Soft, thick foam.
Smell is grassy and floral, with a hint of marmalade I get from most hoppy Kernel beers.
Taste is floral, with hints of rosewater and citrus marmalade. Very nice bitterness, well balanced.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, another solid IPA from The Kernel. I really enjoy the hints of marmalade I get.

An India Pale Ale Centennial 7.2% which pours an orange, slightly murky color and a big frothy head that clings to the glass and leaves a lot of lacing.
The smell is hoppy with lots of exotic fruity smells. The beer's smell revolves around the Centennial hops and this is clear. The Centennial hops appear to be somewhere in the middle of Cascade and Amarillo. It gives a fruity exotic smell, but also some herbal smells.
The taste is balanced bitter and hoppy with the hoppy, exotic fruits and somewhat noble characteristics. The hop gives the beer everything a good IPA has to have. After swallowing, the bitterness lingers and the hops are citrusy and fruity. The malt offers a nice base to the hops. The mouthfeel is medium thick and balances the bitter and hoppiness nicely.

Thx to woosterbill for this IPA , bought this @ the kernel a few days ago
33 cl bottel poured into my tulipglass
The label says 2010 centennial 9% !
Unclear medium orange colour with no head , no lacing
Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to soft hoppy, orange - citrus, lemon, grapefruit, moderate mandarin, sour mandarin notes , honey
Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, lemon , honey
Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.
An IPA from 2010 ? It's tasty , but nothing is better then a fresh IPA

Pours a slightly cloudy amber like most IPAs - looks good but nothing special.
Smell is quite inoffensive of hops but somewhat dry and nothing of the freshness that I have seen in others.
The taste again is big hoppy but somewhat bland and not as fresh as I would expect of the style
Mouthfeel is average and the beer was not quite as drinkable due to its lack of freshness
