This is our take on a Hopfenweisse, brewed like a traditional German hefeweizen (made with malted and torrified wheat) but with a generous addition of hops.
We've used Galaxy in this second iteration to bring a bright and bold hop flavour and aroma. The tropical, citrusy Galaxy dry-hop shines through the sweet, soft, banana and bubblegummy backdrop of the wheat beer.
