Our unfiltered German-inspired Pilsner lager has a light, malty body, a defined, refreshing bitterness and vibrant carbonation. We're keeping the Pils on as a permanent member of our repetoir and like our Pales, we're continuing experimentation with different hops.

330ml brown glass bottle.
L: Hazy, gold colour with three fingers of lumpy, ice cream head that lasts to the finish. Looks fantastic.
S: Light citrus.
T: Delicate & herbal. Not getting the peach and passionfruit flavours normally associated with Galaxy. Having written that, those flavours emerge as the beer warms. Very dry finish.
F:
O: A bitter and extra dry pilsner. Could easily be a well carbonated American-style pale ale, to be honest. Way way too little pilsner. Not a bad beer but nothing like the style.
