Unlabeled 500ml bottle at the brewery, poured into a goblet.

A: Clear, effervescent orange body with an inch of creamy white head. Strong retention and beautiful, thick lacing. Gorgeous.

S: Underwhelming. I really have to swirl and inhale hard to get some Chinook pininess, and other than that it's just bland pale malt. A little weak.

T: Much hoppier than the aroma, with tons of bitingly resinous pine meshing with lightly sweet, biscuity malt. A little sticky on the finish, but tasty overall.

M: Smooth medium body, soft carbonation.

O: This was probably my least favorite Kernel beer, and it was still pretty darn good. I just wish the aroma had delivered some more hoppiness.

Cheers!
