Our Dry Stout is the equivalent of Table Beer within our family of darker beers — modest in strength, full in flavour, and endlessly drinkable. It’s not a traditional “dry stout” by style, but rather a stout that happens to be dry: lean, roasty, and bright, without heaviness.
Brewed with a layered malt bill of Maris Otter, Brown, Black, Chocolate, Dark, Crystal, Carafa, and Oats, it carries notes of toasted grain, dark chocolate, and coffee. Prominent kettle-hopping and a touch of dry-hop lift the finish, adding vibrancy and subtle fruit notes that contrast beautifully with the savoury malt base.

330ml brown glass bottle.
L: Dark red/brown, almost black, with a mocha head.
S: Red berries and dark chocolate.
T: Follows the nose with red berries becoming more pronounced plus hints of espresso and black pepper. Medium bitterness.
F: Medium body, light mouthfeel, dry finish.
O: An easy-drinking, low ABV, dry-ish stout. Nicely refreshing. A stout that would work well, lightly chilled, in the summer.
