Poured from a 330ml bottle in Feb '12, BB 30.12.13.
Pours a hazy orange/gold with a mahooosive 2 fingers of white head!
The head dissipated during drinking but still retained a good half finger at the last drop and plenty of lacing ensued!
Predominant smells were Citrus hops, pine with grass and straw lurking somewhere thereabouts!
Tastes encompassed citrus fruits, an orange marmalade flavour, add some grapefruit, pine, wood and with a slighthly sour and bitter aftertaste which was a highlight of this beer for me!
The mouthfeel was that of medium bodied with plenty of bite and moderate carbonation.
To summarise - another great IPA from the Kernel crew and I particularly enjoyed the slightly sour to bitter aftertaste on this one!
