Pours an opaque hazy raspberry colour, with a bubbly off-white head that disappears on settling. Acidic grapefruit on the nose and tongue - less cherry than you'd think from the name and ingredients, perhaps the tartness gives the illusion of citrus. Dry and astringent, but not unpleasantly - finishes with a sweet and sour tail of moderate length.
