On-tap at the brewery, served in a goblet.

A: Cloudy orange body with a solid cap of creamy eggshell foam. Good retention, nice lace. Lovely.

S: Dank, resinous, piney hops, and just a touch of caramel malt base. Simple, powerful, and just balanced enough. Great.

T: Delicious - hops are dominant throughout, with plenty of pine, some grapefruit, and just a kiss of malt ahead of the long, bitter finish. Pine persists. Excellent APA.

M: Lively, slightly prickly medium body. Ok.

O: Yet another winner in the Kernel's single-hop series. To my knowledge I'd never had a Stella beer before, but I look forward to more in the future.

Cheers!
