SO this one was sitting a bit then what seemed like a full minute after openning, ut gushed on me Poured a dark ass brown and looked great with a perfect litle head. Aroma’s of roasted malt, sweetened coffee, chocolate adn wood. Taste was similar having the sweetness up front and going really dry and woody at the back end. Palate was rich, medium to full body, much dryer than expected which added to the woodiness. A great beer. Glad I have another.
