The Good Spirits Co, Glasgow (330ml bottle, £3.20):
A cloudy, orange amber colour with a thumb sized, bubbly white head on top that halves in size and settles leaving some nice lacing.
Floral notes & some strong pine, some bitterness and a helping of light, sweet malts and a touch of citrus. There is some tropical fruits, peach and a hint of grapefruit in this one as well.
Bitter with a lot of pine, grapefruit and to a lesser extent tropical fruits. There is again a hint of malts, along with some caramel and some citrus too.
Very bitter with a creamy feel and a nice citrus tang to go along with the light medium carbonation and dry finish.
Good beer from The Kernel, not one of their best efforts but still a pretty good beer. It was more malty than I had been expecting for the style and the bitterness levels where quite high although the nice touches of caramel were good.
