Poured from a 500ml bottle into a dimpled pint mug.
Pours a hazy, light copper colour, with a fizzy white head.
Smells fresh - pine resin and grapefruit dominate.
Taste reflects the smell, strong US hops with pine and citrus flavours, showcased exquisitely with a crisp, light malt backbone. Very clean taste.
Overall an excellent beer, the Kernel yet again show the world how hops should be utilized.
