Saison with wild yeast, fermented in ok, with thyme.
Golden appearance, opalescent. Evanescent foam.
In the smell a lot of thyme, origa, Wild notes, slightly sour and vinous. And a light lactic note.
Fresh and balsamic, spicy, green, long. Astringency.
Dry finish, sour, lemon, and again a lot of thyme and origan.

On tap at CBC 2016. Hazy golden pour. Sour fruit, brett dryness, funk. OK, but not my style.
