Brewed with a strong, aromatic and complex hop mixture, this well-rounded IPA boasts grapefruit and pine flavors with a hint of pepper.

10 oz draft at De La Vega's with lunch.
Clear, dark orange color with a 1/4" off white head that recedes to a thin layer, leaves persistent curtains of lacing.
Nice honey and ruby red grapefruit foremost on the scent, with a touch of pine.
The taste is kind of bland, grapefruit/lemon zest and grass. Dry finish with a little pine and more lemon zest.
Seems just a little flat, a little sticky on the finish.
Very drinkable for a DIPA (though at 5.8% and with the lacking flavor it really seems like more of an IPA), if not particularly engaging.
